Shooting has wrapped on the 2021 Raindance Film Festival trailer. Simon returned again as the director of the commercial which will help drive interest in the world renowed festival. The shooting took place at the Soho Theatre in London’s west end. It features a story about a debut film director previewing her movie in a film festival for the first time.
Simon and crew were racing across London in difficult COVID safe filming restrictions shooting the 2020 Raindance film festival cinema commercial. The theme of the film is nothing can stop great cinema and the film has an unapologetically upbeat feel to it. We will post it soon! Meanwhile here’s a few BTS stills from the shoot.
Simon’s latest directorial assignment is directing the 2019 Raindance International Film Festival trailer. This year the theme is more dystopian promising that despite all the uncertainty in Great Britain… one thing will remain constant.
Simon has just completed a campaigning commercial for The Peoples Vote. The campaigning group is aiming to to push for a final say referendum on the governments Brexit deal.
Simon commented “ was a great film to be involved in, and a huge thanks to cast and crew, especially Bait studios in Wales who helped with our visual effects.”
